How To Enroll

Admission Procedure

  • Interview

    Students and/or parent interview with the school principal or designated administrator. 

  • Screening

    Kindergarten through 5th grade candidates will be screened by a teacher at Life Christian Academy. The administered screening will focus on oral reading, sight word recognition, writing, phonetics, and basic math skills.

    6th through 12th grade candidates will take an Exam at Life Christian Academy that corresponds to their current grade. 

  • Submit Application and Required Forms

    Enrollment application, birth certificate, report cards from the current and previous year, unofficial transcript, copies of past achievements, immunization records/vaccination exemption affidavit, legal documents regarding custody established by a court of law, copies of any testing reports.

  • Notification

    The school principal or designated administrator will review all documents, application, and testing scores to decide on admission. Your child’s admission notification will be sent through email within one week of receiving all the above.  

  • Placement

    The student will be officially enrolled once admission has been granted, all admission steps have been completed, an up-to-date immunization record or vaccination exemption affidavit has been received, and all enrollment and curriculum fees have been paid.
